inda Hollinsid?s daughter says it is not the quantity, but the quality of time that is spent together that really matters.

Verdalle Lambert says they vacation, shop and spend a lot of time talking together.

?My mother and I speak on the phone everyday,? she says.

?It is important to let your mother know that you love her. We also go grocery shopping every Wednesday and spend every Saturday together.

?It is not the quantity, but the quality time you spend with your loved ones.?

The best memory that Ms Lambert has with her mother is when they were on holiday together. ?It was the vacation we spent together in Florida where we acted like tourists,? she says, ?And had some quality time to reconnect as adults.?

Mrs. Hollinsid has two daughters and Ms Lambert said her mother loves to create an excellent meal.

?My most favourite meal is any meal my mother cooks,? she says. ?She is quite the chef and she takes great pride in how the food is presented at every meal.?

Ms Lambert said her mother?s favourite saying is, ?Give me a moment to wave it all out?.

Mrs. Hollinsid has ?truly inspired? her daughter because of all the things she has achieved.

?She has risen above all the adversity and obstacles that have come her way,? says Ms Lambert. ?She has taught me about love, compassion and strength. I know I have become a better person because of the person she is.

?I would like my mother to know how much I love her. ?
