Mini movie-buffs who'd like to jury the third annual BIFF Kids Film Festival have another chance through an extended deadline.

The new deadline for entries is Monday, October 2. The BIFF Kids Film Festival will run from October 13 to 15 at the Liberty Theatre.

Children ages seven to 15 who are interested in sitting on the juries are asked to write to the festival, telling in 100-250 words why they liked a particular film that they have seen anytime in the last two years.

Jury members will be selected based on these submitted film reviews.

The winners will be announced and the two, three-person juries will watch the films for free during the festival in October, and select the winning film in both the feature and short film categories.

Entries should be sent to BIFF, PO Box HM 2963, Hamilton HM MX.

Entries may be typed or hand-written neatly. Entries may also be submitted by e-mail to infobiff.bm.

Prospective jurors are reminded to include their age and contact information with their entries.
