New survey from CableVision launched

Cablevision is launching the second in its ongoing series of online customer surveys, this time to gain direct feedback from customers regarding their preferences for new channels.

Terry Roberson, general manager, explains: "Cablevision's all-digital technology gives us the possibility to introduce an endless array of programming for our customers.

"Since we are just completing the final phase of our transition to an all-digital network, this is the perfect time for us to poll our customers as to their preferences.

"It's important that we introduce the channels they are most interested in."

The online survey can be accessed at www.cablevision.bm. Each respondent will be entered in a draw for a free month of cable TV service.

Survey respondents will also have the opportunity to rate their level of satisfaction with Cablevision's current line-up, vote for their favourite and least favourite channels, as well as write in their preferences for other new channels not mentioned in the list above.

The short questionnaire also allows customers to express their levels of interest in video-on-Demand and more pay-per-view options.
