O'Jays show is sold out
For those who were waiting till the last minute to buy tickets for the O'Jays show at next week's Bermuda Music Festival, the time is up — the show is now sold out.
A press statement was released informing the public the show is sold out and tickets will not be available at the door.
The O'Jays will perform on Wednesday night at Fairmont Southampton Beach Club along with various other acts, however, on Thursday night the first shows will open at the main Music Festival venue — National Sports Centre.
The Department of Tourism is encouraging those who wish to attend to buy their tickets as soon as possible.
There are still gold and silver tickets and gold and silver three-day passes available for the other three nights. Single day gold tickets are $100 while silver seating is $85. Gold three-day packages are $270 and silver are $230.
The line-up for the festival includes Lionel Richie, Earth Wind and Fire, Smokey Robinson, Natasha Bedingfield and Chrisette Michelle.
The host for the event is comedian Steve Harvey.
Local acts also participating include Legacy, The New Bermuda All Star Band, Spirit Band, Prestige, Pulse, Jazz Four, the Bermuda Mass Choir, the African Dancers, Next Level, DJ Carper, Warwick, Place's and H&H Gombey and comedians Bootsie and Nadanja.
