Mr. and Mrs. Edward Wicks of Poinciana Crescent, Devonshire, are pleased to announce the engagement of their son, to daughter of Mrs. Nazan Syed of Toronto, Canada and Mr. Ismail Gulamali of Mombasa, Kenya. A summer, 2008 wedding is planned.
