BAMZ lecture looks at cormorants of Lake Malawi

fish that it caused local fishermen to worry about their means of livelihood, will be offered on April 10 at the Bermuda Aquarium, Museum and Zoo (BAMZ).
Professor Ian Linn, a biologist at the University of Exeter, will talk about the cormorants of Lake Malawi.
Professor Linn undertook a study of the birds which resulted in the Malawi government drastically changing their stance on their importance.
Cormorants moved from being a pest to being listed as a protected species in Malawi.
Dr. Linn's lecture will take place at 7 p.m.
