Cheers! Thanks for saving my life^.^.^.
Siese -- the man he says saved his life.
Mr. Hill believes he was at death's door after suffering a massive reaction to a penicillin shot after having dental work done on Wednesday morning.
He was saved by Mr. Siese who happened to wander into the shop and find a stricken Mr. Hill.
Yesterday the pair met up again in Dockyard Wines and Spirits where a grateful Mr. Hill shook Mr. Siese's hand.
He said: "I definitely owe you one.'' But Mr. Siese, who drives the Skyrider boat in Dockyard harbour for Windjammer Water Sports, downplayed his role.
He said: "Dockyard is a small community and we support each other. I only did what anyone would have done.'' But Mr. Hill, 47, said he was being too modest. He said: "I don't think I would be here today if not for him.'' He explained: "I left the dentist after having root canal surgery. I came to work and opened the shop but by 9.30 I went into a bad reaction, turning colours, I could not breathe.
"I didn't know I was allergic, never in my life did anything like that happen to me.
"I was delirious, I was so confused I didn't know what was going on. I was purple and red and it felt like somebody was choking me.
"I wasn't thinking straight. I couldn't figure out what to do.'' "I rang the hospital and they said come to emergency so I started shutting the shop and preparing to drive.'' Mr. Siese, 30, had other ideas. "I said you don't look well. He was still on his feet but wobbling all over the place but he wanted to drive himself. "He was already in trouble but if he had driven he could have ended up in a lot more trouble.'' "I drove him to Doctor Shaw's in Somerset village and helped him in.'' Mr.
Hill said: "They pumped me with needles and gave me all kinds of stuff to drink.
"They were all working on me in there. I would never have made it to King Edward Hospital.'' Now Mr. Hill is just beginning to feel normal again. "It was really scary,'' he said.
