Billed as a `Fun Day Extravaganza', the event will take place at Shelly Bay field beginning at 10 a.m., and for the next 12 hours will offer children's games and activities, pony and hay rides, Dottie the clown, a magic show, a display of cars, boats and bikes, snow balls and cotton candy, and much, much more.

Live entertainment will start at 1 p.m. and carry on into the evening. Among others appearing will be Junior C, Septimus, Lady Tyson, Marvin Stovell and Francine Rollins.

While the event is free, donations will be sought for two deserving causes: 20-month-old Jahquae Richardson who has cystic fibrosis and large medical bills, and Hope Homes.
