Written entries for the Calendar, which must include a contact number, may be left at The Royal Gazette any time during the week, while telephoned entries are accepted between 9.30 a.m. and 12 p.m. on Fridays only.

The deadline for all entries in any Calendar period is noon on the Friday immediately preceding the Tuesday edition. Entries cannot be accepted after that time.
