not among those distributed by local agent Butterfield and Vallis. the company confirmed on Friday Butterfield and Vallis general manager Ed Sousa said his company was the local agent for Kraft Food which ordered the recall of Breakstone's Light N' Lively cottage cheese products.

A Kraft Food statement read: "The US Food & Drug Administration found E.coli in several samples from one day's production of the 16 ounce Breakstone's Free Small Curd Fat Free Cottage Cheese.
"The other Breakstone Light N' Lively cottage cheese products were made on the same day on the same line.
"The six recalled products are: 16oz & 24 oz BREAKSTONE'S FREE Small Curd Fat Free Cottage Cheese; 16oz & 24oz BREAKSTONE'S 4 Milkfat Min Smooth & Creamy Cottage Cheese; 24 oz LIGHT N' LIVELY Fat Free Cottage Cheese with Calcium; and 24 oz LIGHT N' LIVELY 1 Reduced Fat Cottage Cheese with Calcium.''
