Parents get ideas for children activities
Saltus Junior School a week ago to give parents ideas for keeping their youngsters busy during the summer.
The second annual Saltus Mini-fair featured representatives of children activities from across the Island, including the Bermuda Boys Brigade, Bermuda Cadet Corps, the Menuhin Foundation, the Academy of Martial Arts, Masterworks Youth Programme, Agriculture and Fisheries' Botany Club, Bermuda Karate Institute, the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club Sailing Programme, the Bermuda School of Russian Ballet, Freddie Evans Basketball Camp, and Bermuda Junior Golf.
The Curious Cook also gave parents tips on nutritious, "kid-friendly'' snacks for parents to make.
In addition to serving up ideas for parents, the Saltus Association also provided pizza and soft drinks.
