Clearwater Beach tomorrow to enjoy the high school's Centenary Family Picnic.
More than 6,000 Berkeleyites -- including those pictured outside of the House of Assembly (from left) Opposition Leader Jennifer Smith, Appleby, Spurling and Kempe lawyer Shaun Morris, Cabinet Secretary and Alumni Association president Leo Mills, Berkeley Educational Society's Centennial Committee chairperson Edwina Smith, Works and Engineering Minister CV (Jim) Woolridge and National Liberal Party chairman and Berkeley Centenary Committee spokesman Charles Jeffers -- have been invited to the picnic which begins at 10 a.m. In addition to special prizes for the class with the largest number of attendees, those who attend will also be encouraged to participate in fun competitions which will pit members of Berkeley's two sporting houses against each other and students from the first half century against those from the second half century.
