Add in an endless stream of Christmas parties, planning a Christmas dinner and taking the kids to see Santa and you have got a holiday schedule that can leave even the most energetic person feeling frazzled and fatigued.

Aside from disappearing for a day and seeking refuge at one the Island's spa, there are ways to keep your sanity through the busy holiday season.
