Grand prize winners were The Gables, a 91-year-old Harbour Road home recently given an elegant facelift by architect Conyers & Associates, and Bamboo Gate, restored by architect Stephen West.

Runners up in domestic and commercial categories were Olive Hill, a Pitts Bay Road home built by architects Benevides & Associates, and Garden Cottage on Queen Street, Hamilton, another renovation project by Conyers & Assoc.

A panel of five judges selected for honourable mention Murrell's Vale in Paget Parish, restored by Conyers & Assoc.; Hillside Cottage in Devonshire Parish, renovated by Cooper & Gardner; Bacchus Gallery, a Pomander Road home built by Context Ltd.; and the Elbow Beach Hotel's Mickey's Bar and beach area, refurbished by Cooper & Gardner after being swept away by Hurricane Felix last year.
