E. Kirkland Cooper, OBE: senior partner Cooper & Lines Ltd. chairman of the Board of Tourism, the main advisory body to the Tourism Minister, top sailor who sailed in three consecutive Olympic Games in 1964 in Tokyo, where he placed fourth, Mexico in 1968, and Munich in 1972.

Sir David Gibbons, KBE: chairman Bank of Butterfield & Son, chief executive officer of Edmund Gibbons Ltd., served as Premier from 1977 to 1982, and Finance Minister from 1975 to 1984, former chairman of the Bermuda Monetary Authority.
Pamela Gordon: Senator, Minister of Youth, Sport & Recreation, assistant controller at the St. George's Club.
Noela M. Haycock: businesswoman, Corporation of St. George's alderman, former managing director of Peniston Brown, member of the Preservation Authority, which is responsible for the protection and preservation of historic buildings in St. George's.
Brendan Hollis, OBE: historian and documentary producer, former marketing manager of Bermuda Broadcasting Company, former Commanding Officer of the Bermuda Regiment.
Adrian S. Hooper: retired American businessman who owns a home in Bermuda, his family sold its interest in the shipping company Interstate Oil Transport.
Anthony H. Knap, Ph.D.: director of the Bermuda Biological Station for Research Ltd.
J. R.H. (Jack) Lightbourn: chairman of the Historic Wrecks Authority, an advisorybody which reports to the Receiver of Wreck, chairman of the appeals tribunal for the Bermuda Plan, life trustee of the Bermuda Biological Station, former general manager of the Bank of Bermuda Ltd., former trustee of Bermuda Maritime Museum. Vice chairman of the Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute and chairman of its public relations committee.

Edna G. Tucker: wife of teddy Tucker, manager of the Gibbs Hill Lighthouse gift shop, has coordinated international groups from the National Geographic Society, the Smithsonian Institution, the Russian Institute of Oceanology, during their stay in Bermuda, former diver.
E.B. Teddy Tucker: Bermuda's foremost shipwreck diver and salvor, served in the Royal Navy during the Second World War as an inspector and tester of diving equipment, famous for his discovery of a gold and emerald cross (now referred to as the Tucker cross) on the wreck pf the San Pedro in September, 1955. Has worked on deep sea projects with the National Geographic Society, the Smithsonian Institution, the Russian Institute of Oceanology, plus others.
Wendy S. Tucker: daughter of Edna and Teddy Tucker, accountant for Heritage House, chairman of the fundraising committee for the Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute.
Richard J. Winchell: principal curator Bermuda Aquarium, Museum & Zoo.
Allan J. Wingood: longtime diver who led the excavation of the Sea Venture in 1978, member of the Bermuda National Trust's marine environmental committee, member of the Historic Wrecks Authority, former trustee of the Bermuda Maritime Museum, former member of the board of the International Congress of Maritime Museums.
