Ms Cliftone Lambert of Chloe-Nwash Productions said she was organising the fund-raiser because she felt "there is a need to show some type of concern in the community for the family.

"We need to help our families in some way to keep them together.'' The success of the concert, however, rests on public support.

It will take place at St. Paul's Centennial Hall, this Saturday at 7.30 p.m.

The concert will include performances by the Choral Dynamics, the Devonshire Unity Choir, Merle Doars and the Foster Children's Choir, Antonia Simons, Chanel Francis, and Barney the dinosaur.

Proceeds will be given to two children's homes, St. Brendan's Hospital, and two needy families.

Tickets are available at Twins Variety Store, Dub City and Sound Stage, for donations from between $10 and $30.
