Curtain set to rise on new Road Show season

This year's musical performance is entitled "A Penny for Your Thoughts''.

"It's the thoughts of elementary and middle school students on various subjects of life,'' said producer Patricia Pogson.

The 17 cast members, ranging from six to 15 years old, will present a variety of performances issues including teen pregnancy, peer pressure, cigarette and alcohol use, the marijuana issue, and religion.

The show, which last about one and a quarter hours, will run every Thursday in July at 7.30 p.m.

After tomorrow's opening performance in Dockyard, it will move to PHC in Warwick on July 9, then Bernard's Park in Pembroke on July 16, and finish in Town Square, St. George's on July 23.
