The event is open to dogs weighing 35 pounds and under who have a valid vaccination certificate from a veterinarian. Entry fee for dogs is $15 at the gate, $2 for humans.

Mr. Reginald Outerbridge, vice-president of the Bermuda Kennel Club, will judge the dogs, and prizes will be awarded in a variety of categories, including waggiest tail, fanciest dressed, and most obedient. All entrants will receive consolation prizes.

The event is being organised by Mrs. Deeanda Bannister to raise funds to send individuals who could not otherwise afford it to the class of their choice at the Community Education School. Candidates are to be chosen by the Physical Abuse Centre, the Women's Resource Centre and Teen Services.

LICENCE GRANTED LIQ Licence granted A licence to sell liquor wholesale was granted to Bermuda World Productions Ltd. yesterday.

The Liquor Licensing Board approved an application by agents, Mr. Thierry Cabot and Ms Julieann Sylvester, to sell wine wholesale to restaurants.

The exclusive French wines imported from the Loire Valley would be sold from a warehouse on Penno's Wharf in St. George's, Mr. Cabot said.

Liquor licensing chairman, the Wor. William Francis approved the application but said it did not include the sale of beer or liquor.

And the sale of individual bottles was also prohibited, he said.

YEAR BOOK APPEAL ED Year book appeal The Roger B. Chaffee high school is appealing to friends and graduates of the US Base school to give its final Year Book a memorable send off.

The school is due to close next year and the school is asking anyone interested in the school to place ads or sponsor year book pages.

Graduation is planned for the evening of Saturday June 11, 1995 and the year books will be delivered in June of 1995.
