CAPITAL EDUCATION -- Ernest E. Stemple, (centre), a director of the US-based CV Starr Foundation, a philanthropic organisation, recently presented $50,000 to the International Charitable Fund of Bermuda, Inc. The presentation was the last installment of a $100,000 pledge. The money has been earmarked for Warwick Academy's capital campaign. Community and Cultural Affairs Minister Yvette Swan, (from left) and Ind. Senator Walwyn Hughes representing Warwick Academy; Mr. Stemple; and Warwick Headmaster Bob Lennox and fundraising committee member John Sharpe, were on hand for the presentation.
