Senior IOE Advisor Deborah France explained the role of the Switzerland-based IOE and issues facing employers to Hamilton Rotarians at their weekly luncheon yesterday.

The IOE represents the interests of employers at the international level in the social and labour fields. It is made up of 127 member employment councils from throughout the world.
