firms, has applied to incorporate an exempted company in Bermuda, to be called Pizza Pizza International.

The Bermuda company will be responsible for buying, selling and licensing franchises and trade, names and other forms of intellectual property. It will also act as a holding and investment company.

Pizza Pizza's executive director Mr. Lorn Austin and the company's local lawyers Cox and Wilkinson would not comment on the company's plans.
