Summer camp enrolment time fast approaching
when parents will be able to choose from 10 centres, two more than in previous years.
Parents interested in enrolling their primary-aged children in summer day camps can do so starting on May 29.
Enrolment will be limited to 100 children per centre. Each camp will feature activities in art, music, sports, dance, outings, bowling, tennis, and kayaking. There will be sports, music, art and dance specialists stationed at each camp.
Five of the camps will operate for five weeks, from July 3 to August 2. These will be at Devon Lane, Gilbert Institute, Port Royal, Southampton Glebe, and St. George's Secondary School.
The other five camps, which will operate for seven weeks from July 3 to August 18, are at Harrington Sound Primary, Paget Primary, Prospect Primary, Somerset Primary, and Victor Scott.
The cost for children attending from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. is $20 per week, and for those attending the full day 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. the cost is $25 per week.
The theme of the camps this year will be "Bermuda - My Island, My Home.''
