Taking place at the Jack King Building in the Botanical Gardens, the event has been described by the Trust as being its "best ever''.

Available for sale will be a selection of unusual and rare Bermuda books plus other assorted Bermudiana.

These will include Queen Anne style cabinets, a carved wooden crib, hand painted coffee tables, oriental carpets and an 18-carat Palmetto Pin brooch.

"Bargain hunters will love our Jumble Sale held on the two days prior to the Auction, Thursday and Friday, March 9 and 10,'' the press release said.

"This year it will include our new `treasures' section. The auction preview will also take place on these days.'' The auction begins at 10 a.m. and will be followed by a Grand Raffle Draw with travel prizes at 2 p.m.
