Words will never express our gratitude to P.A.L.S.

victims and their families over the years. Due to patient confidentiality the authors of these quoted letters will remain anonymous and all references to the patients' names have been omitted.

*** Dear Ann, How can I ever thank you, personally, and the wonderful organisation you head? Until one has experienced the thoughtfulness, caring, skill, love and sheer kindness you all display one can't fully appreciate how very fortunate we are to have you.

It is something I shall never forget.

*** To all at PALS, On behalf of the family we would like to express our sincere gratitude for all the wonderful services of P.A.L.S. and your kind nurses.

Your support was of great help to Mom and also to a concerned family. Even with the inevitable loss of a loved one, your care and friendship in a time of great need is a vital role to play.

Your reward is knowing the quality of life of your patients and their families is improved by your service.

God bless you all in your continuing service.

*** Mrs. Ann Smith-Gordon P.A.L.S.

Please find enclosed my cheque in loving memory of the very caring service that you did for my dear sister.

The work that P.A.L.S. does for our community is truly unbelievable.

*** Dear Friends, I am writing to thank you for the warm, friendly and excellent care that you gave to my mother ...in February of 1992. I apologise for the length of time that it has taken for me to thank you.

I especially would like to extend heartfelt thanks to Nurse ... who with her kind consideration and expert bedside manner brought ease and comfort to my mother and to me. To the ladies who answer the telephone, with their positive attitudes and helpful suggestions, again many thanks.

I thank God for the time when P.A.L.S. stepped into my family's life with personal care and consideration, leaving with me a wonderful feeling which to this day I remember. I can only pray for your continuance in the community and each individuals strength involved in every aspect of the organisation.

May God continue to richly bless each and every one of you.

*** September 7, 1993 Dear P.A.L.S., It is truly amazing that unless one needs the services of a helping organisation such as your own, one has no idea how important they are to the community as a whole and particularly to the lives and people that they touch.

*** Dear Ann, Words will never express our appreciation and gratitude for the continuous care and support P.A.L.S. have given to our family during Mommi's illness.

Please extend our thanks to all the wonderful volunteers for their time and caring words. There was such an outpouring of volunteers that I know she felt and appreciated the love which was shown to her.

We would also like you to let the nurses know how much we express our thanks to them for their devotion and commitment. Also for their kindness and support they gave to me during Mummi's illness.

Last but definitely not least, to you Ann, for your loving support and kindness both to ... and ourselves. I always knew my Mother was someone special, and it gives me great comfort to know that so many people loved her.

Special thanks to you, Margaret, as well.
