It was celebration time at the Loughlands condo estate in Paget during the holiday when the last phase of the project opened and was turned over to the owners. The DCI photo below shows Premier Ewart Brown getting some help at the ribbon-cutting ceremony. The event was highlighted by displays by gombey dancers and other entertainment. A sumptuous repast followed.
