The approval could be made in one or two weeks, he added, and if approved, he plans to run the restaurant, located on Serpentine Road, Hamilton, as it operates now, but stressed at this time it is only an application and not official.

Mr. Chin has made an application under the Companies Act 1981 to incorporate a local company called Ashman Joseph Holdings Ltd.

The present owner, Mr. Allan DeCosta, refused to comment on Thursday on details of the sale.

The application to incorporate the company was made under Mr. Chin's name and two others, one to act as counsel and the other in administrative matters.
