The Ace Gallery, Ace Building, 17 Woodbourne Avenue, Hamilton Employee art exhibition 'Vacations and Staycations' is on until December 16. Exhibition features 36 works of art all created by Ace employees and their families. The works in the exhibition include painting, crayon, and pastel, rip art, collage, pencil drawing and photography and provide a colourful and exciting depiction of the summer holidays. Opening on December 17. "Behind the Mask" by artist Wayne (Tony) DeSilva.

Ace Building Lobby: Alfred Birdsey An exhibition of paintings by Alfred Birdsey from the Collection of E. Michael Jones is on until December 31. This exhibition of paintings is selected from the extensive collection of E. Michael Jones, one of Birdsey's major collectors. The gallery is open to Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. except by appointment. Groups should call for an appointment 295-5200.

Bermuda Archives: The Legal Instruments of Emancipation An exhibition at the Bermuda Archives is on until November 28. The Emancipation Exhibit currently in the Reading Room of the Bermuda Archives. View the Slave Registers which form the centre of this exhibit. This exhibit is a great opportunity for the public to see these important documents which tell so much about Bermuda's background to Emancipation. Bermuda Arts Centre at Dockyard Until December 4: 'Lines'. The exhibit explores what a line means to the artists. Come and see how they were inspired.
