Comedians are planning to give audiences a good laugh this weekend.

Live Stand Up Comedy Part II is set to take place at the Fairmont Southampton on Saturday night.

The event will feature both local and international acts including Nikki Carr, Will E. Robbo and David (Sauce) Foster. The night will be hosted by Jahrizino (Jah) Simmons of Two Fools. Juggling Jason will provide the music. Extreme Entertainment organiser Mike Smith said because the last comedy showcase was so successful, they decided to hold a second.

"This time we are having David Foster, who is one of the fastest up-and-coming comedian/actors on the New York circuit," he said.

"Since 2004, he has appeared on HBO's 'Bad Boys of Comedy', Showtime's 'Whiteboyz In The Hood', and as a lead character actor on MTV's hit show, 'Boiling Points'.

"His style and delivery are unique to any other, and have helped to quickly make him a favourite in clubs and colleges all over the country."

Mr. Foster has also developed a loyal following through his weekly public access show 'Sauce's World Tour', which airs in Manhattan, Mr. Smith added.

"Whether discussing sports, money, his need for health insurance, or street bootleggers, David delivers an original and hilarious perspective that all audiences consistently enjoy."

After only two years on the comedy circuit David Foster passed a nationwide, open-call audition for P. Diddy's HBO series, 'Bad Boys of Comedy', becoming one of 35 comics appearing during the show's first season.

MTV saw his set and hired him as a regular cast member on the hidden camera show 'Boiling Points'.

Sincewhich, he has performed on the most popular network talk show in Holland, 'Raymann Is Laat'.

Added Mr. Smith: "He has also become a regular guest correspondent on the FOX News Channel's late night show, 'Red Eye'. Due to his hard work and natural abilities, his career has progressed at a wonderfully fast pace. His future will likely include TV and film acting, radio hosting, and more writing and stand-up."

Soft-spoken comedian Nikki Carr is often referred to as 'the Quiet Storm'.

"She is one strong, rising comedienne," explained Mr. Smith. "In just a short time, Nikki Carr has appeared on both BET's 'Comic View' and 'It's Showtime at the Apollo'. Nikki is also well known for her comedic national anthem 'Fat Girls'.

"Since making her television appearance on BET's 'Comic View' and 'It's Showtime at the Apollo', Nikki Carr has been highly requested by colleges, universities and military bases nationwide as well as worldwide."
