I think my Big Brother named Corville Hylton should be Big Brother of the Year. My brother is humble, loyal, caring, and peaceful. My Big cares about me a lot.

He teaches me piano lessons for free, isn't that so cool?

My brother is supposed go on outings with me, but he does much more than that. He teaches me life lessons. He teaches so many lessons that it's so hard to keep track. That's why Corville Hylton should be crowned Big Brother of the year.

There is never a time when he is not there for me. No matter what, he is always there. He is like a father and a brother all in one.

My Big Brother is good for me. Sometimes when I have problems because my dad does not play a part in my life my Big Brother always has my back, no matter what.

We play football and cricket, go fishing and cycling, go to church, concerts and other events. He always lets us know where he is playing music and if my mother can take me she always tries to.

When my Big Brother goes home to see his family he still worries about me.

He phones me long distance to see how I am and we chat. I think that is so cool. When his family visits we do things together and they make me feel like I am part of their family. I think that is great. Also when my family have family gatherings Corville is always welcome because he is like part of my family.

Why I know that my Big Brother cares for me a lot is because at times I do not always do the things my mom wants me to do and Corville sorts me right out.

Especially when I do not eat all of my lunch at school (smile). He will either show up at my playtime and make me eat or picks me up after school the next day and makes sure that lunch is eaten before I reach home (smile).

I think my Big Brother has the most patience in the world because he does not get angry at me. He just deals in another way like taking something I like to play.

My Big Brother also attends school meetings with my mother when he can. There was a couple of times when he had something else to do but changed his mind to go with my mom. He helps me with homework. If I have a problem at school I can just call him up for his opinion. If he is not there and I leave a message he always calls back.

Even though my Brother is required to spend three hours a week with me he always spends more. This makes me feel very happy and special.

Nothing would make me happier than to see my Big Brother become Big Brother of the Year because he really, really deserves it.

Corville is the best Big Brother a boy can ever have and I could not imagine ever trading him for the world. He is awesome.
