The Bermuda International Unwrapped Party takes place tonight at the Fairmont Hamilton Princess.

The night, which opens the annual festival, will see a host of acts and DJs including Peculiar Gentlemen, Sugar Shack and the Island's own Mohawk Radio.

The party is being hosted by Volcanic Productions begins at 9 p.m. and is due to end at 2 a.m.

Volcanic organiser Jon Legere said: "Peculiar Gentlemen is one of Manhattans best kept secrets. They are a Brooklyn-based band.

"In addition we will have the touring Sugar Shack Burlesque girls will be performing as well. Ladamercy will also be on hand and we will hear from the Mowhawk Radio band."

There is an open bar throughout the night and unlike previous years, there will be no Wrap Party.
