Dr. Kendra-Lee Yvonne Pearman graduated with a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology on August 2, 2009 from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan.

Dr. Pearman successfully defended her doctoral dissertation 'An Investigation of the Knowledge and Beliefs Held by Teachers and Parents in a Parochial School System Regarding Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder and the Variables That Predict Their Knowledge', on July 15 and passed her doctoral comprehensive exams with distinction. Her research study included a sample of teachers and parents from the Atlantic Union Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, which included the Bermuda Conference.

Dr. Pearman is a graduate of The Berkeley Institute, Atlantic Union College, and Wheelock College and currently works for the Ministry of Education, Bermuda. Dr. Pearman is mother of Mikaela Ian Pearman, Samaela and Trae Pearman Cannonier, nana of Amari Ian, and daughter of Kenneth C. and Yvonne Pearman. Her graduation was attended by immediate family and friends.
