The lead performer in Extreme Entertainment's latest comedy show is known to be something of a dummy.

That's right, Woody the dummy and his ventriloquist side-kick, Willie Brown, are back in Bermuda "making waves".

They will be appearing in 'Extreme Entertainment presents: Live Stand Ip Comedy at The Fairmont' at the Fairmont Southampton Hotel Bermuda on November 20.

The comedy duo have been called "the dynamic duo of synchronised jokes".

According to Extreme Entertainment, Willie Brown is one of the few African American ventriloquists to appear on Russell Simmons' HBO Def Comedy Jam, and on BET Comicview.

He's also appeared on the Showtime television series 'Barbershop', and in movies such as 'All About You', 'Issues', and 'Tears of a Clown'.

Mr. Brown has been headlining clubs and theatres for a number of years.

He's worked with such icons as: Gladys Knight, The Temptations, Boys To Men, Chaka Khan, The Whispers, Donna Summers, Frankie Beverly & Maze, and more.

The duo are currently on tour with Shelly Garrett's hit play, 'Beauty Shop 2009' and with 'The Browns of Comedy'.

Mr. Brown has two new DVD projects coming out in January and two new television shows that he will be appearing on as well.

He has already tapped for BET'S 'A Time to Laugh', a new standup comedy show.

He recently introduced a new character named Uncle Rufus., which he described as "an old grumpy black man, sort of like my father".

Uncle Rufus is helping Willie Brown and Woody tear up the stage everywhere they go.

The evening will be hosted by Bermuda's own funny-man, Jah. Other performers on the evening will be Gina Davis.

Gina Davis is an educator by profession who also has a comedic side as well, which began with her performance in 'Phatt Girls' a play by Patricia Nesbitt.

Guest comedians will include Adam Hunter and Reggie Reg. Mr. Hunter was a finalist on this season's 'Last Comic Standing'. He is currently hosting the show 'Man Up Stand Up' on MadTV and has a show in development, titled: 'Adam Hunter's ADD'.

Reggie Reg, who is an actor and comedian best known for his many impressions, which can be seen on BET'S Comic View; 'HBO'S P. Diddy Presents — The Bad Boys of comedy'.

The performance starts at 9.30 p.m. Tickets are $60 for general admission and $85 for VIP tickets. VIP Tickets include table seating up close and personal with the comedians, personalised autographed photographs of the comedians and complimentary champagne.
