400th Year Anniversary Youth Task Force 'Youth Forum' at the Berkeley Institute. An opportunity for Bermuda's youth to discuss issues such as gang violence, teen sexuality, Facebook and more.

La Leche League of Bermuda will hold a support group meeting open to pregnant women, new mothers and babies at 10.30 a.m. in the first floor conference room at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital. The meeting topic is 'To Wean or Not to Wean?'. LLL of Bermuda is a registered charity, offering mother-to-mother help and encouragement to women wanting to breastfeed their babies. An accredited La Leche League leader will be present to answer questions and address concerns. The meeting discussions include the latest medical research as well as personal experience. Free literature and a lending library will be available. Light refreshments will be served. Call 236-1120 for further information.

Bermuda Folk Club Rock and Blues Night. Spanish Point Boat Club. Doors open 7.30 p.m. Show starts at 8 p.m. Tickets on the door $10. Come enjoy a great night of live music with local and resident artists.

Bermuda Diabetes Association in their 30th year presents their Annual General Meeting with a special presentation by American diabetes expert Dr. Thomas Flood who will give a lively and interesting look at how diabetes went from a relatively unknown disease to a world epidemic in less than 30 years. Bermuda Society of Arts is holding a Pirate Night at the Gallery 400 Week 3 Reception from 5 to 7 p.m. Dark and Stormy Night: Pirate-themed celebration toasting Bermuda's Maritime Heritage, with pirates, mariners, privateers, buccaneers and wenches. Yo ho ho and a bottle of rum, food, music, and fun. Prize for the best costume. Admission free. Located top floor, City Hall, Hamilton. For more information call 292-3824.

Keep Bermuda Beautiful's first Walk and Work. Scheduled as part of the End to End's 100 Day programme it will take place at 2 p.m. and provide walkers with a pleasant conditioning exercise starting in the Town Square of historic St. George's and taking the Road out to Ferry Reach and along the oceanside Railway Trail, returning along the road to St. George's. Walkers will be able to pick up bags at three points along the route and are asked to collect any litter that they find. The route is about 10K but those who don't want to go the full distance will be able to get transportation from the Ferry Reach Roundabout. A registration fee of $20 buys a KBB tee shirt and one or two other treats and helps Keep Bermuda Beautiful on track helping to keep our Island environment clean, green and healthy.
