Academic honours induction at the double
Tamika Wade-Trott has been inducted into two adult-student academic honours societies at Ashford University.
Mrs. Wade Trott is now a member of the Ashford University Alpha Sigma Lambda (ASL) National Honor Society, which recognises academically outstanding adult students in higher education. To be eligible for membership in the Alpha Lambda chapter of the ASL National Honour Society at Ashford University (AU), students must be seeking their first bachelor's degree, be in the highest 20 percent of students (based upon GPA), complete a minimum of 24 credits at AU and complete a minimum of 12 credits of liberal arts coursework.
Mrs. Wade Trott was also inducted into AU's chapter of the Golden Key International Honour Society, as recognition of her "excellent" academic record at AU. Eligibility was based on being in the top academic 15 percent of her class.
Mrs. Wade-Trott graduated, with Merit, from the first College for Working Adults (CWA) cohort at the Bermuda College with an associates degree in Business Administration. She received the award for Most Outstanding Business/Management Student in the graduating class. Mrs Wade-Trott has maintained a 3.97 GPA and has been on the Dean's List since starting online classes at Ashford University (AU) in August 2008. She is currently employed at Butterfield as a HR Specialist, Employee Relations.
