Hasty Pudding Theatricals HPT 161 or "HPT 161: Acropolis Now" opened last night at the City Hall Theatre. Showtime 8 p.m. each night until March 28. Tickets are available from www.boxoffice.bm.

The Bermuda Scrabble Club Tournament 2009 takes place tomorrow at The Berkeley Institute staff lounge. Registration takes place at 5.30 p.m. and the games begin at 6 p.m. The entry fees are $10 for members and $15 for non-members payable before or at registration. Spectators: $5.

Singing For Success The Biggest Baddest Vocal Competition is back and this year it will feature former American Idol Fantasia Barrino. Go out and support the Island's youngsters on Sunday night at the Fairmont Southampton, as they compete for a Part Scholarship to Berklee College of Music. Tickets are $75, $85 and at the door $95 are also available on www.boxoffice.bm.

The 2009 Bermuda Open Domino Tournament is being hosted by Barmuvinjam and it has a grand prize of $1,000. It takes place at Pier 6, Front Street, Hamilton on Sunday from 11 am to 8 pm. The deadline for entry forms is today. All entry forms and cash must be submitted at the following locations: PRC (Prospect Recreation Club or Police Club), Spring Gardens, in Washington Lane, Universal Barber Shop, on Court Street.
