Mr and Mrs David Kirkup of Milton, Georgia announce the engagement of their daughter Emilie Clare to Nicholas Peeples Gastley, son of Mr and Mrs Andrew Gastley of Atlanta, Georgia.Emilie was born in Bermuda and lived on Emily’s Bay Lane in St David’s from 1982 to 1986 while her father was employed at Johnson & Higgins.Emilie graduated from Agnes Scott College in Decatur, Georgia with a BA in Economics.She recently completed her MBA at Georgia State University and is currently completing the administrative residency portion of her MHA degree.She is employed with The Physicians’ Spine and Rehabilitation Specialists of Georgia. Nicholas is a graduate of The Citadel in Charleston, SC and holds a BSc in Business Administration. He is employed with McNaughton-McKay as an Accounts Manager.A wedding is planned for August, 2011 at The Citadel’s Summerall Chapel.
