Police responded to a reported breaking and entering at a Cox's Hill, Pembroke residence yesterday.

The complainant said at around 6 a.m., he was awakened by the sound of breaking glass.

After investigating the noise, he discovered someone had thrown a wooden clock through his kitchen window and had entered his home.

The victim then went outside where he saw a man fleeing the scene on a red pedal bike.

Police were not able to determine if anything was missing from the home.
