Three Southampton men charged with unlawfully wounding another man appeared in Magistrates' Court yesterday.

The accused — Morroco Burra Burch, 30, Anthony Richards, 32, and Lekan Scott, 17 — are alleged to have unlawfully wounded Edward Gilbert with intent to cause him grievous bodily harm on November 30, 2006.

The men, who live at the same address on Middle Road in Southampton, were not required to enter a plea, as the charge is indictable and must be heard in Supreme Court. Their case was adjourned to July 24 and the men were released on bail of $2,000 each.
