* $80,000: Development and creation of dedicated collateral materials for marketing and promotion of FBT. Written confirmation of activities, if any, scheduled in connection with IRW including any special events that require the presence of Government Ministers and/or BDOT personnel. Copies of written confirmation/cheques of all sponsors inclusive of financial commitments towards FBT. Written update on any confirmation and listing of guest speakers and attendees. Written confirmation and listing of FBT members involved with the organisation of FBT. Written update on confirmation of accommodation to be utilised by overseas participants.

* $100,000: Confirmation of other sponsors for events, FBT plan and development programme including pack pricings and proof of guest speakers at events.

* $20,000: Completion of all ten events and a report showing the approved number of targeted visitors has been met. A financial statement detailing monies generated from FBT and expenses incurred. A summary outlining the benefits generated for Bermuda.

Failure to convert the targeted visitors would result in forfeit of this payment.

Shedding some light on Mr. Curtis reticence on the subject when quizzed by the press, the document also states: “FBT shall not talk or correspond with the Bermuda media or politicians without the express written permission of BDOT.”
