Digicel said this afternoon that problems with its 2G and 3G+ networks which had caused interruptions to services have been fixed.A statement said: “Digicel Bermuda has announced that for the past few hours their 2G and 3G+ networks were experiencing interruptions due to communication links that had faulted. As a result, customers may have experienced issues with some services.“Digicel Bermuda network engineers worked to resolve the issue and the networks have been restored to being fully operational. Digicel Bermuda wishes to apologise for any inconvenience caused and to thank all customers for their patience as work was carried out to resolve this issue.”If any customers are still experiencing issues, they should call Digicel Customer Care at 500-5000.
