Three men arrested in connection with a shooting on Parsons Road earlier this week have been released on Police bail.

Jeremiah Dill, 27, was shot last Monday, suffering injuries to his lower extremities and treated in King Edward VII Memorial Hospital before being released. Three men were later arrested over the incident.

However a Police statement this afternoon said: “All three men arrested in connection with the confirmed firearm incident on Parsons Road, in Pembroke, around 10.30am on Monday, October 4, have been released on Police bail while the Serious Crime Unit progresses its investigation into this brazen shooting.

“Forensic evidence is being processed and interviews with witnesses are still being conducted. A few members of the public have already come forward to assist; however, we continue to urge anyone that saw, heard, or may know anything about this crime to make contact with the Serious Crime Unit on 299-8106 or the independent confidential Crime Stoppers Bermuda hotline on 800-8477.
