Burglary at children's nursery
SUNDAY, OCTOBER 31: Police are investigating a series of burglaries – including one at a children’s nursery.
At 3.40pm yesterday, Police received a report of a burglary at Tree Tops 2 nursery school in Southampton. Sometime between Friday night and yesterday morning someone broke into the premises and stole a Toshiba DVD player which was still in its box.
In another incident yesterday, Police were to a home on Ballast Point Road, in St. George's, when someone stole a 42in Panasonic flat screen TV.
On Friday, Police were called to a home on Riviera Crescent, in Southampton, where someone stole electronic items including a 46in Samsung flat screen TV, a men's watch and two bottles of alcohol.
Also on Friday, someone broke into a guest property in St. George’s and stole cash and personal items. And in another incident, someone broke into the Impact Mentoring Academy, in Hamilton Parish, sometime between 6pm on Thursday and Friday morning and stole computer equipment and an X-Box 360 video game system.
