A mysterious early morning car crash left one eyewitness puzzled when she approached the wreckage only to discover that there was no driver inside. Taxi driver Shari-Lynn Pringle watched in horror as a speeding car ricocheted against roadside walls on South Shore Road near Bermuda Florist before flying through the air and flipping over.

When Ms Pringle investigated there was no driver in the car, but a man appeared from behind a nearby building and soon vanished after borrowing a cell phone from a passing motorbike rider. Ms Pringle thinks the man may have bailed out of the car moments before it went out of control.

Sebastian Demorais was lucky to be alive after his car was involved in bad crash on Middle Road, Warwick. The Brazilian underwent a five-hour operation to save his right arm.
