A series of courses has been set up to show people how to safely remove asbestos from buildings.

Refresher and re-certification courses on the subject are also available in the scheme being run by the Environmental Health Office.

Sessions will take place throughout March at Horticultural Hall, in the Botanical Gardens, Paget.

The Asbestos Workers Certificate course is from March 12 to 15; Asbestos Abatement Supervisors Certificate, March 12 to 16; Supervisors Refresher Course, March 19; and Asbestos Workers Re-certification, March 19.
