Six people accused of being involved in an incident that led to the killing of a Bermuda Police officer's two sons in Barbados have appeared before a court in Bridgetown.

Justin and William Greene, aged 21 and 25, died from stab wounds outside a nightclub in Barbados on March 26.

The two brothers lived in the St. Joseph's parish of Barbados and are the sons of Bermuda Police narcotics officer Det. Con. Ronald Greene, and CedarBridge Academy teacher Margo Greene.

Since the killing six people have been arrested and charged with a number of offences relating to the incident.

Teenager, Yuri Fidel Agard, 18, of Hutson Alley, Reed Street, St. Michael, Barbados, is facing a charge of manslaughter of the two brothers and was remanded in custody after appearing at District A magistrates court in Bridgetown before magistrate Pamela Beckles.

Also in court were Jody Omar Farnum, 19, Chad Carlton Worrell, 23, and Stevenson Hurley, 20, who have been charged with violent disorder in connection with the incident. All three were remanded in custody.

Two others, Kelvin A Squires, 23, and Jamal Marlow Mayers, 20, who have also been charged with violent disorder, were released on bail.

Station Sergeant David Welch, of Royal Barbados Police, said all six defendants were in court and have been ordered to reappear at the same court on May 24.
