Bermuda Telephone Company’s staff down tools this morning
A dispute between management and workers at BTC has been resolved this afternoon, according to Bermuda Industrial Union president Chris Furbert.
He called an urgent press conference after staff downed tools for a meeting about the company’s refusal to pay an annual performance bonus.

“The initial press conference was going to take a different approach,” he admitted. “The management and ourselves have reached an agreement.”
