One of three men accused of a drug and gun plot changed his plea to guilty today and his co-defendants were then cleared of all charges.
Kershun Dublin had during a three week Supreme Court trial denied involvement in importing four handguns and cannabis valued at $25,000.
However, after a dramatic change of heart overnight he pleaded guilty to the plot this morning.
He then took the stand as a witness for the prosecution to clear the names of his co-accused Arthur Vanlowe-Dill, 45, and Justin Calderon, 25.
Dublin could now face a life sentence, meanwhile the two other men expressed relief as they walked free from court with their names cleared.
