Affordable housing promised five years ago will not be completed until next year, Housing Minister David Burch revealed today.

Harbour View Village homes in Southside, St. David’s were awarded to lottery winners in 2005 and were pledged to be completed by September this year.

Now, Minister Burch has said the project will not be finished until next December — at an estimated cost of $38.5 million.
