Breaking News: Man jailed 13 years for importing guns, cannabis

A 25-year-old was today jailed for 13 years for conspiring to bring four firearms, ammunition and $25,000 of cannabis to the Island.

Kershun Dublin pleaded guilty to the offences after a three-week trial.

Puisne Judge Carlisle Greaves sentenced Dublin to ten years’ imprisonment for conspiring to import firearms. He received an additional ten years' imprisonment for conspiring to import ammunition. The sentences are to run concurrently.

Dublin was also sentenced to three years’ imprisonment for conspiring to import cannabis.
