A teenager appeared in Magistrates’ Court this morning charged in connection with a shooting at the Southside Cinema last November.

Sanchay Grant, 18, was charged with attempting to murder Shaki Minors and Renee Kuchler on November 13 outside the cinema.

Grant was not required to enter a plea because the charges are indictable and must be heard in Supreme Court. He was remanded in custody.
